Essay

The Disseration is devoted to the investigation of nanoformation and change of the structure of doped condensed media by neutron diffraction, small-angle neutron scattering and X-ray method. The attention is paid to the investigation of nanoformation in crystalline matrices irradiated by helium and iron ions; nanoformation in amorphous matrices doped with cerium, titanium and plumbum oxides; and to the change of the structure of disperse systems doped with lutetium oxides and cerium ions as well as to investigation of the change of physical properties of condensed media that was caused by their doping.
