object - grail-grained cement concrete for transport purposes; purpose - to Increase the crack resistance of grail-grained concrete for transport purposes by limiting the deformations of shrinkage in the early stage of hardening by adjusting the mixture by introducing fiber, chemical and mineral admixtures of the new generation and the use of extended concrete curing;methods - experimental and theoretical investigations of grail-grained cement concrete high crack resistance, comparison and analysis of research results; novelty - established the influence of the activity of the cement, particle size aggregates, superplasticizers different types, mineral additives and polypropylene fibers on the development processes of shrinkage and cracking in grail-grained concrete; determined by calculation temperature gradient at which the thermal cracking may occur and the time during which there is a risk of cracking of the existing temperature gradient; further developed theoretical understanding of the mechanism of "overgrowth" of cracks that formed in the early stages of concrete hardening, and suggested ways to reduce stress in their area of concentration due to the introduction in the cracks of components with high damping properties (microfillers, entrained air); results - mixture and technology of grail-grained cement concrete for transport purposes increased crack resistance; scope of use - production of monolithic concrete for the devise of the upper layers of the pavement.
