Thesis is devoted to the complex research of financial services as an object of legal protection, aimed at the search of optimal ways of the improvement of a national financial legislation and the efficiency of the enforcement in this area. Legal protection of financial services is considered through the totality of law and legal relations arising from their use and focusing on the implementation of certain measures. Paper analyzes the authorities of state regulators of financial services focused on the legal protection of financial services, the prospects for the improvement of the current legislation and enforcement.
