Object of study - the process of economic regulation of recreational activities. The goal - a synthesis of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations to address issues of economic regulation and the social direction of development of the resort in modern transformations. Methods - abstraction, induction and deduction, comparative analysis, economic analysis, generalization of expert opinions. The main scientific result is development of practical recommendations for the formulation and implementation of government economic development policy spa complex, regulation of recreational activities as well as to protect the rights and interests of market participants resort. First organizational principles proved systematization of instruments of state regulation of recreational activities on the basis of subjective influence.
