The thesis provides the reserch of the pecularities of the imposing and realization of the customs controls zone legal regime. The structure and the main elements of the administrative-legal provision of the customs controls zone legal regime are characterized. The interconnections between the categories of customs contols and customs controls zone legal regime are determined. The classification of the functions of customs contols zone legal regime, as well as related typologies of proper zones are proposed.
