The thesis is the first comprehensive study devoted to administrative and legal basis of the prosecutor's activity in the sphere of administrative offenses related to corruption counteraction in Ukraine. The paper highlights the peculiarities of organization of specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office created to counteract corruption in the highest echelons of power. The conclusions on improvement of legislation on corruption counteraction and improving the efficiency of prosecutors are made.
