Konoval V. Managing production potential of the enterprise (for example light industry enterprises).

The dissertation described the author's approach to the formation of the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the production potential of the enterprise and reasonably scientific and practical recommendations on the formation mechanism of managing the production potential of light industry. Concretized elements of the structure-building industrial enterprise, as a combination of external (market) and internal, within which singled production potential and identified its components and defined marketing potential as a link, which, under conditions of good governance has a significant impact on the productive capacity of the enterprise and ensures its client-oriented focus. Developed theoretical and applied approach to the management of the production potential of the company through the specification of the semantic content of the meaning of "managing the production potential of the enterprise". Applying the analysis of light industry Ukraine, discovered and systematically impacts on production and sales activities of enterprises of light industry and their production potential. Consideration of action of these factors enables the optimization of managing the production potential of the company. Formed a scientific and methodical approach to inform decisions on the management of the production potential of light industry enterprises, including means of crowdsourcing.
