Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations as well as practical recommendations how to form the mechanism of marketing management in order to increase the competitiveness of industrial enterprises. It has been proved that in conditions of market economy, which is characterized by inflated level of supply, the main factor of enterprises success is marketing, at the same time, the management of the enterprise under conditions of unstable and unpredictable demand should comply with the principles of marketing, that is to be controlled marketingly. The marketing management mechanism formed in order to increase the competitiveness of the industrial enterprise applies the principles, functions and methods of competitiveness management of the industrial enterprise. In addition, this mechanism takes into account the impact of management subjects on management objects using available tools and allows monitoring and improving the level of competitiveness of the industrial enterprises. Thesis suggests the stimulation system of marketing activities at the industrial enterprise, which is based on the methodological approach Balanced Score Card, where the set of indicators has been formed according to the task to improve the level of competitiveness of the industrial enterprises.
