Essay

The dissertation developed theoretical positions, methodological and practical aspects of production quality improvement in ensuring competitive advantages of enterprise. It was developed theoretical positions, methodological and practical aspects of making the mechanism of light industry enterprises export and import activities ensuring. It was characterized the current state of light industry enterprises and the peculiarities of its export and import activities in the conditions of Ukraine's membership in WTO, market liberalization and foreign trade intensification. It was emphasized the role and considerable meaning of customs and tariff regulation as an important instrument of export and import activities ensuring. It was done analytical assessment of national light industry enterprises of Podilskyi region, also it was analyzed and defined the grade evaluation of the most influential internal and external factors of export and import activities. It was built structural and logistic model of light industry enterprises export and import activities mechanism according to the most influential factors, components interaction, enterprise's resources activation, export and import department work and monitoring making. It was improved structural model of information flows movement under conditions of automated processes of export and import stimulation in the system of customs and tariff regulation by the structural enterprises department and blocks of information processing. Also it was given the scheme of enterprise's workers stimulation in the sphere of export and import activity.
