Essay

This thesis is dedicated to energy efficiency o buildings on the basis of the use of energy efficient design solutions of exterior walls joints. The new design solutions of the characteristic nodes are proposed. Theoretical investigation of temperature fields and determination of the linear coefficients provide the heat resistance of sections of the exterior walls with the use of facade insulation with thin layer of plaster in places of outside corners, window openings and joints of floors with the walls. The minimum value of the temperatures on the inner surfaces defines. Experimental study of variations of the arrangement of window openings with quarters and using the special recesses for placement of additional layers of insulating material is fulfilled. The feasibility of new design solutions to increase the temperature on surfaces, to increase the values of the heat resistances, to raise the level of energy efficiency of buildings, to provide a comfortable thermal conditions of the people near the cool surface is proved.
