Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the definition of light emitting diode emanation influence of orange, green and violet spectra, antibiotics and antiseptics, containing dinatria edetate on S.aureus and E.coli polyresistant strains and neutrophils ability to extracellular pitfalls formation. Daily dynamics of S.aureus and E.coli clinical strains pathogenicity factors production was revealed as the result of the carried out research. It was stated that the highest activity of virulence factors was registered at 1200 and at 2100 while lowering of pathogenicity factors activity was detected at 600 and at 1800. It is necessary to take into account the stated daily dynamics of microorganisms' pathogenicity activity under the therapy of purulent-inflammatory processes. Complex estimation of antimicrobial preparation activity containing denatria editate and chemiotherapeutical preparations being the cations and photosentitisers of light diode emanation on pathogen as well as light diode emanation influence on the ability of neutrophils to form extracellular neutrophil pitfalls. It was demonstrated that the stimulation of photochemical reactions is in the intracellular neutrophil pitfalls activation The abilities of light emitting diode emanation of the violet spectrum influence with clinical strains initial biofilms destruction with the plankton cells formation depression and lowering of the ability to S.aureus and E.coli repeated biofilms formation were revealed as the results of the research; green spectrum with the tendency to plankton cells depression and new biofilms formation prevention and orange spectrum with biofilms formation activation, pathogenicity factors and extracellular neutrophil pitfalls formation which allows to substantiate the use of antiseptic preparations containing dinatria edetate in complex with light emitting emanation under purulent-inflammatory processes caused by S.aureus and E.coli. Key words: antimicrobial preparations, biofilms, S.aureus and E.coli light emitting diode emanation.
