Dissertation is devoted to the solving of an important scientific - practical task, an increase of efficiency of multistage discrete productions on the basis of development and application of methods and models of operative management of production process. The criterion of effective decisions is constructed on the basis of theoretical analysis of production expenses depending on operative production management. The АRІМА-models of coefficient value sequences of standard product output are synthesized, providing the possibility of getting prognosticated coefficient values. The adaptive algorithm of building complex prognostication by using separate prognoses is proposed to prognosticate better coefficient values of standard products. To estimate the priorities of products in the conditions of the production of semiconductor materials the function of priority is developed. The structure of software is determined which will realize the developed methods and models, its practical realization is done as a package of programmatic component.
