Essay

Theoretically grounded and experimentally demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of using multi-silage with spring grass-legume grain feed crops (oats + field pea + spring vetch and oats + field pea + lupine) for growing and fattening bulls in the area of Polesia Ukraine. Investigated productive and meat quality of bulls Ukrainian Black Pied dairy breed depending on the type of silage in the diet, digestibility of nutrients, balance of nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus, cesium-137 and heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn) in the body of young growth of large cattle, environmental quality beef, scar metabolism and haematological parameters.
