Feeding dry bakery yeast domestic production in autumn-winter feeding promotes milk production base of 2.1 kg (10.5 %) and fat content of 0.45 % (11.3 %) and the yeast preparation Actisaf Sc 47, respectively 2.4 kg (12 %) and 0.3 % (7.8 %). We prove unreasonableness feeding study of dry yeast products in the summer diets of lactating cows containing green mass of alfalfa, given the lack of a positive influence on the increase in their milk production and milk quality indicators. The dose of feeding yeast products of foreign and domestic production is 25 g per head per day.
