Essay

NRO formed under AC are found, the population composition of peripheral blood leukocytes, functional state of circulating neutrophils and cytokine profile of blood serum, appropriate for different types of adaptive reactions are characterised. For the first time it is shown that the type of NRO (orientation) in healthy donors and patients with AC is associated with different immune reactivity. The new data about the loss of correlative relationships between indices of immune reactivity in the process of unfavorable types of NRO formation are obtained. Scientific data of positive impact of surgery on immune reactivity of patients with various types of AC are updated. Firstly it is shown that the favorable types of NRO are formed in the absence of metabolic changes in circulating neutrophils. Whereas, formation of stress reaction is accompanied by significant proinflammatory polarization of these cells.
