The thesis is devoted to improving the efficiency of diagnostic and pathogenetic substantiation differentiated approach to the choice immunocorrective drugs as part of an integrated treatment of various forms of lymphoma lymphadenitis in children. Analysis of ultrasound in acute purulent lymphadenitis found that the tendency to increase the size, structure and nature of sonographic changes haemocirculation directly depended mainly on the period of seeking medical help since the moment when the first clinical signs of inflammation and etiological factor. The peripheral resistance of vascular is increased in chronic hyperplastic odontogenic submandibular lymphadenitis compared with chronic hyperplastic non odontogenic submandibular lymphadenitis due to the constant antigenic load high lymph node persistent odontogenic infection, which contributes to the displacement of parenchyma by connective tissue. The results of immunohistochemical study epithelial marginal edge of the gums and lymph nodes and evaluation of the expression of surface markers in peripheral blood set new data on the number, distribution, location and value CD1a, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, CD 20cy, CD38+, CD45+, CD68+, CD4 + CD25 + , HLA-DR + cells in them with various forms of lymphoma submandibular lymphadenitis that pathogenesis justifies the need for a part of a comprehensive treatment drugs with selective immunocorrective properties.
