The dissertation is devoted to the questions of morphological manifestations chronic 18 rhinitis pathomorphosis. This research presents objective evidences of chronic effects on the nasal mucosa of pollutants in small doses of low intensity. We offered the algorithm of pathomorphologic diagnostics of chronic rhinitis with new technologies and their availability. Recommendations for optimization of diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive measures in patients with chronic rhinitis based on pathomorphological manifestations of the disease are reviewed. Clinical and pathological diagnoses of chronic rhinitis are analyzed. The informative value and the usefulness of the biopsies study methods of nasal mucosa are observed. This provides criteria for good morphological support of the activities of ENT-doctor. The realization of these data not only improves the quality of care for specific patients, but also is useful in evidence-based medicine.
