Object - the process of unshadowing of economy of Ukraine; goal - scientific substantiation of theoretical basis and methodological provisions and recommendations regarding the development of organizational and economic principles of unshadowing of economy of Ukraine; methods - the dialectical, historical, statistical, economic-mathematical modeling, analytical modeling and system approach; novelty - consists in the theoretical justification and development of methodical provisions and recommendations regarding the formation of organizational and economic principles of unshadowing national economy; results - development of application recommendations that improve the process of state regulation of unshadowing national economy and its organizational and economic principle; introduced - the Department of economic development and trade of Odessa regional state administration (reference number 01.3.2-35/1282 from 26.03.15), in the educational process: the Odessa Institute of Finance of Ukrainian state University of Finance and international trade (reference number 86 of 01.04.2015); Odessa regional Institute of public administration National Academy of public administration under the President of Ukraine (reference number 01/13/292 from 02.04.2015).
