Essay

The thesis deals with the complex and comprehensive study of forest procedural relationships. The problems concerning the concept and characteristics, composition, origin grounds, modification and termination of these relations. Attention has paid to research a comparative analysis of the procedural forest and environmental legal proceedings, made to study their origins. Separately considered procedural relations in the use and reproduction of forest resources. Proposals to improve the relevant provisions of the current forest legislation of Ukraine.
