Kolomiiets Y. Legal Regulation of Restrictions in Carrying out Industrial and Economic Activities of Agricultural Producers.

The dissertation deals with the nature of legal regulation of restrictions in carrying out industrial and economic activities of agricultural producers. There have been singled out notions and attributes of restrictions in carrying out production and business activities of agricultural producers, principles of their legal regulation have been determined, legislative provision of restrictions in the proceeding of this activity has been designated. Particular attention has been paid to disclosing of legal regulation of certain types of restrictions in carrying out industrial and economic activities of agricultural producers, including the prohibition of conducting such activities in certain areas, licensing of certain types of industrial and economic activities of agricultural producers and issuing permits in such industrial and economic activities. As a result of the research conducted there have been suggested proposals to improve current legislation in Ukraine in the field of restrictions in carrying out industrial and economic activities of agricultural producers.
