Essay

The objective is to outline the processes of formation and implementation of the economic development strategy of the domestic market for non-banking financial services. The target is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations and to give practical recommendations for the implementation of the economic development strategy of the domestic market for non-banking financial services. The following methods are applied: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, causation, historical and logical as well as methods of modelling and scenario analysis. The following results were achieved: theoretical and methodological foundations were outlined and practical recommendations were given on the implementation of the economic development strategy of the market for non-banking financial services; the conclusions and practical recommendations on the improvement of this market were proposed. The novelty is in the fact that the theoretical approaches to the study of supply and demand were improved with consideration of the features of the market for non-banking financial services; the approach to the assessment of non-banking financial institutions was improved; the methodological approach to the regulation of market for non-banking financial services on the basis of econometric models was strengthened; the definitions of such concepts as "non-banking financial service" and "the market for non-banking financial services" were renewed; further development of theoretical opinions on the periodization of the development of the market for non-banking financial services was promoted; further development of the existing approaches to the choice of the optimal scenarios for the market development due to the proposed vector analysis was encouraged; further development of the conceptual model of the implementation of the economic development strategy of the market for non-banking financial services was improved; further development of tools of competitive market formation for non-banking financial services based on general trends and projections of financial services was strengthened. The above-mentioned was implemented in the practical activities of the National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services, the Department for Economic Development and Trade of Rivne Regional State Administration and Rivne City branch of OJSC "Insurance Company INGO Ukraine". The field of application of the above-mentioned findings is the activity of the National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services and Non-Banking Institutions.
