Muradov V. Technico-criminalistic provision of the criminal case court proceedings.

Dissertation is devoted to a complex research of theoretical and practical issues concerning technico-criminalistic provision of the criminal case court proceedings. Scientific positions of the soviet and contemporary researchers are analyzed as well as current legislation and norms of Ukrainian and international standards. Legal and organizational aspects of technico-criminalistic provision of the criminal case court proceedings are clarified. The notion, structure and peculiarities of using such devices are defined together with fixation of such a process application. There were analyzed the problems concerning technico-criminalistic devices application in investigating digital (virtual) evidence and demonstration of the investigation's results in court sessions. Certain suggestions are made dealing with the improvement of current legislation.
