Bodnar S. The decisions of the administrative court: the nature, characteristics, order of adoption and proclamation.

The thesis is devoted to complex research of peculiarities of administrative and legal relations in the field of administrative jurisdiction and processes of formation and adoption of decisions by the administrative court. In the paper are studied the definition, the essence of judicial administrative decisions, appeals, appellate and cassation review, proceedings and adoption of court decisions of certain administrative cases. As a result of investigations are determined the form and content, are highlighted features of administrative judgments, their components, certain elements, are characterized objects and subjects of the trial, their objective and subjective characteristics, are identified characteristics of proceedings for appealing decisions, actions or inaction of government subjects and the ones do not endowed with public authority, are singled out problems in relation to departmental and jurisdiction of cases related to the election process, as to protect the rights and freedoms of foreign nationals.
