Essay

The thesis is devoted to developing methods for assessing the technical condition and forecasting of reliability in terms of low statistical failures. The managed to solve the problem: - Developed a methodology for assessing the reliability indices by a unit test plans for failures (supervision), involving both single and multiple censoring statistics of failure; - Developed a methodology for assessing the reliability indices in the absence of failures during testing (monitoring) set of identical samples. Methods leading to improve the accuracy of estimates of reliability indices for the given requirements on reliability (confidential probability and relative error estimates) or to a reduction in tests (observations).
