Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of legal regulation and theoretical aspects of rendering social services to the elderly people in Ukraine. The current legislation regulating of the social care institute for elderly people and doctrinal developments in this field of social security were examined in this work. Categorial-conceptual apparatus such as: "right to social services of elderly person", "social and legal status of the elderly person", "social service of elderly person", "bases and principles of rendering social services to elderly people" was exposed and improved.
