The thesis deals with systematic and thorough analysis of the essence of legal regulation of the labor protection of civil servants in Ukraine. In the work the concept and features of labor protection of civil servants in Ukraine were defined. Examined historical genesis of legal regulation of labor protection of civil servants. The attention was paid to the rights and obligations of a civil servant in the labor protection sphere, as well as to the control over the observance of the law.
