The thesis is devoted to increasing the reliability of prediction of terminal network work through the creation of information technology of data processing to reduce the support costs of terminal network devices based on the use of interval estimates instead of the point estimates, through the creation of improved probabilistic model of the distribution of time between failures and non-linear regression model of restore functionality time of terminal network devices. The practical value of thesis results is approved by implementation of them in a work of banking institutions and in a educational process.
