The new sulphonylamides. New potential bioregulators obtained on the basis of 1,3-thiazole- and 1,3-oxazolesulphonylchlorides. Synthesis of new [1,3]oxazole-[5,4 d]pyrimidine-7(6Н)ones and 7-amino[1,3]oxazole[5,4-d]pyrimidines. The new heterocyclic systems - [1,3]oxazole[5,4-d]pyrazole[1,5-а]pyrimidines and [1,3]oxazole[5,4 d]-[1,2,4]-triazole[1,5 а]pyrimidines. Chemical synthesis, IR and NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C), LCMS, X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analysis. Smile's realignment of derivatives of 1,3-oxazoles to form new heterocyclic systems. Developing preparative convenient methods of synthesis of some new derivatives of 1,3-thiazole- and 1,3-oxazolesulphonamides. The sphere of use - organic chemistry, chemistry of organophosphorus compounds, chemistry of heterocyclic compounds, bioorganic chemistry, fine organic synthesis.
