Podvalna H. Prospective planning of technological innovation at motor transport enterprise in the market of logistics services

Object of study: processes of improvement of technological updating of motor transport enterprise (MTE) in the market of logistics services. Objective: deepening of existing and developing of new theoretical principles, guidelines and applied aspects of the perspective planning of technological renewal of motor transport enterprise on motor freight market. Methods: systematic, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, statistical analysis, expert estimations, observations, modeling, graphical, morphological analysis. The novelty: for the first time disclosed the origin of methodological approaches to the analysis of transport services on the principles of comprehensiveness, accuracy and "blade of Okhama" that involves a systematic TRW-analysis for effective monitoring of transport services from motor transport enterprises in the logistics services market, improved model of structural optimization of transport park of motor transport enterprise in the process of its updating, methodological approaches to developing a program of technological renewal of MTE, conceptual approach to making decisions regarding technological renewal of MTE in the process of work with customers reclamations. Scope of application: in defining of common mistakes of MTE and their customers during interaction, in activities of such enterprises as LLC "Tank Trans", PE "VMV-TRANS", in the practical work of the Department of Economic Development, Trade and Industry of Lviv Regional State Administration, in educational process of National University "Lviv Polytechnic" in teaching of subjects "Personal management", "Transport infrastructure and processes", "Organization of transportation processes in logistics systems".
