Paramonov A. Improved territorial organization of power as the key to sustainable development

Object of study: the territorial organization of power in Ukraine. Objective: scientific substantiation of ways to improve mechanisms for upgrading territorial organization of government and development of applied recommendations for the implementation of complex transformations for sustainable development. Methods: analysis and synthesis, historical, modeling, system approach, the comparative analysis. Results reasonably upgrading components territorial organization of power in Ukraine from the position statements of sustainable development. Novelty: improved approach to the reform of the territorial organization of power; received the further development of conceptual-categorical apparatus field of science administration, in particular the concept of "modernization territorial organization of power" and others. Introduced in the activities of the Kharkiv regional state administration and others. USES: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
