Dissertation is devoted to enhancement of control over activity of the court machinery and subsequent working out proposition certain propositions and recommendations. Based on the conducted research the work formulates a number of conclusions, propositions and recommendations for fulfillment of the tasks mentioned above. It characterizes essence and uncovers peculiarities of activity of the court machinery as an object of control. The dissertation defines the notion and ascertains significance of control over activity of the court machinery. The work provides general characteristic of separate types of control over activity of the court machinery. It defines an object of control over activity of the court machinery.
