Thesis deals with the theoretical issues and practices of the participation of advocate in the administrative process during the solving of cases in the sphere of providing security of traffic. The questions of theoretical meaning of the administrative process itself and the participation of advocate in its process were considered. The history of creation and development of the institute of providing security of traffic in the legal doctrine and in the legislation of Ukraine and the punishment for the transgressions in the sphere of providing security of traffic were considered too. The normative base of the participation of advocate in the administrative process while the cases are solved in the court or by the officials of the traffic police were revealed.
