Essay

The object of research is the heating system of administrative building of the public sector (for example, the 1st corps ITTF NAS of Ukraine on the street. Bulakhovskogo 2). The subject of the study are ways and means of controlling the parameters of heat consumption of the building. Optimization of heat gain. The aim of the thesis is to improve the efficiency of end-use thermal energy for heating the administrative building of the budget through the optimal management of its heat consumption through the development and implementation of the pilot Individual heater that is attached to the heating system for sensitive hydraulic circuit. Research methods are design, analysis and computer simulation, the target energy audit of the building, long-term experimental studies, statistical methods of data processing. The overall results and conclusions: 1) to determine the heat for heating the building and establish the feasibility of implementing an individual substation conducted targeted energy audit of the building and carried out monitoring of its heat supply for heating (from 2007 to 2015); 2) to investigate the use of intermittent manual mode heat demand of the building and found that such a regime is undesirable, as it can lead to exposure of the building, especially at low ambient temperatures; 3) simulated intermittent operation of a single heating unit of the heating system to determine the best mode control building heat; 4) developed an algorithm for the effective management of heat consumption of the office building at night and on weekends; 5) a scheme, produced and implemented a pilot individual heat point (with hydraulic arrows); 6) held long-term experimental study of individual heat point in real-time continuous monitoring of basic parameters of heat supply, worked various operating modes of the individual heat point and found the best of them, which is effectively used to outdoor temperatures not lower than (-5 ...- 7) °C. At lower temperatures, more appropriate is the use of such a regime in which the cost of electricity to operate the individual heat point are smaller; 7) the bank of experimental data for the period 2007-2015 measurements of ambient temperatures and the parameters of heat supply and heat; 8) The proposed option to collectively assess the degree of energy efficiency of the building and its heating system; 9) The energy and economic efficiency of individual heat point and found that the average savings of thermal energy during the heating season is estimated to 15%; 10) designed a simple payback period of the proposed individual heat point, which today is up to three years; 11) given that the department ITTF NAS on the street. Bulakhovskogo all 4 buildings that are heated in winter, and the same, taking into account the advantages of the developed individual heat point, recommend said individual heat point to the implementation of № 2-4 in the buildings on the street. Bulakhovskogo, 2; 12) for the effective implementation of the individual heat point is advisable to target energy audit of the building. Results of work are introduced: a) in the form of providing technical guidance in the design of individual heat point for residential and public buildings, on the basis of which have been developed and put into mass production of modular point for heating systems of dependent circuit connection (LLC "Plant power equipment "DAN"); b) the development of an efficient algorithm for weather-compensated control heating buildings using individual heat point (LLC "RBSA"), which is confirmed by the relevant acts.
