Essay

Tricyclic heteroaromatic carboxylic acids and their arylamides. Synthesis and evaluation of antibacterial and antiviral properties of compounds and determination of their possible mechanism of action. Chemical synthesis, TLC, liquid chromatography, fluorescence spectrometry, NMR and mass spectrometry, computer modeling, enzyme activity, gel electrophoresis, antibacterial and antiviral screening in vitro. Developed the effective methods synthesis of tryazinebenzotiazine carboxylic acids (TBTCA) and their arylamides. It is shown for the first time ability of TBTCA arylamides to bind with DNA and inhibit RNA synthesis. Proposed the binding model of RNA synthesis inhibitors with catalytic pocket of RNA polymerase phage T7. Among RNA synthesis inhibitors detected a number of antibacterial compounds and inhibitors replication of bovine viral diarrhea virus, which can be used as effective therapeutic agents predecessors. Areas of use - bioorganic chemistry, medicinal chemistry.
