Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of optimization of the treatment of children with primary hypertension and endothelial dysfunction according to changes in clinical and morphological characteristics. To solve this objective 80 children diagnosed with primary hypertension and endothelial dysfunction syndrome were examined and divided into two groups: 1 group, n = 40 patients, used basic treatment (Angiotensin-converting Enzyme inhibitor, lisinopril, third generation), group 2, n = 40 patients, who used optimized treatment (with the inclusion to the basic treatment of lecithin "Pharmetics Inc" in the age dose). Problems with homeostasis were found in the case of adolescents with primary arterial hypertension and endothelial dysfunction, including lipidogram, mineral metabolism, in the endogenous antioxidant system, the level of intensity of child's organism inflammatory response and the coagulogram condition. Based on cytokine profile tests and the antibody production of child's organism, the morphofunctional characteristics of the heart and blood vessels, the clinical and pathogenetic significance of endothelial dysfunction of adolescents with primary arterial hypertension were confirmed. The efficiency of optimized treatment has been proved in the case of adolescents with primary arterial hypertension and endothelial dysfunction when they used basic treatment with the inclusion of essential phospholipids (lecithin) and its positive effect on endothelial function.
