At the examination of workers of spirit production inflammatory diseases of periodontal tissues was detected in 88.0% of examined, which in 1,4 times higher than in workers that didn’t test the harmful influence of spirit production. It is established that xenobiotics of spirit production resulted to decrease of the content of ammonium cations in oral liquid and shift of ph to the acid side, increase of the level of Ca+ and decrease of the concentration of potassium and Mg+ on a background of growth of the content of nitrate anions. Сonsequently increase of the degree of dysbiosis in the oral cavity. It is investigated the growth of levels of proinflammatory cytokines and C-reactive protein in blood serum. Іncreased hepatic inflammatory markers. Development the schemes of treatment and prevention of inflammatory diseases of periodontal tissues exacerbations with involvement of the pathogenesis-directed action means. The effectiveness of the proposed complex treatment is confirmed with decrease of visits amount the patients in 1.6 times, improvement of the periodontal status of the patients after treatment and long-term (up to 1.5 years) stabilization of pathological process in periodontal tissues.
