Krachok L. The formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of process safety in the agrarian sector

The research is devoted to the theoretical, methodological and practical issues of the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of process safety in the agrarian sector. The theoretical approaches concerning the importance of the technological imperative of socio-economic development are summarized, the concept of "process safety in the agrarian sector" is defined, the scientific basis for the formation of conceptual model of organizational and economic mechanism of process safety in the agrarian sector is revealed in the paper. The organizational and economic measures of process safety precautions formation and the approaches concerning the designation of the priority area of technological development in the field of agriculture are further developed. The system of process safety components in the agrarian sector, which includes production and technical, scientific and technological, ecological components is analyzed to identify negative trends and threats to agriculture; interpretation of the category of "organizational and economic mechanism of process safety in the agrarian sector"; methodological approaches to the assessment of the agricultural process safety; monitoring system providing process safety in the field of agriculture are improved. Organizational and economic mechanism process safety in the agrarian sector, which determines the main subjects, responsible for safety support, considering the levers of organizational and economic regulation in the field of agriculture that will help create the conditions for maintaining the level of process safety in the agrarian sector is formed.
