This research focuses on extremes in professional activities of a lawyer from the perspective of the philosophy of law. It explores the criteria of legal consciousness and their impact on the extremes of the professional lawyer. It proves the fact that the choice of thresholds in the professional legal activities is substantially affected by the ethical requirements and legal culture of lawyers.
