Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of legal guarantees of signing, modification and termination of the employment contract. The essence of the category of "legal guarantees" and its place in the legal system are studied. The specific of legal guarantees within labor law is determined. It is indicated that the following guaranteeing means are characteristics for labor law: activities of trade unions, the use of the strike, the functioning of the system of bodies and organizations that carry out supervision and control over the observance of labor legislation, the activities of the commissions on labor disputes.
