Essay

The thesis is devoted to the analysis, both theoretical and experimental research as well as implementation of technological solutions for the improvement of temperature conditions control methods of blast-furnace technology under the present circumstances. The existing methods of the blast-furnace heat conditions evaluation and management have been analyzed. On the basis of the acquired information the most effective evaluation ways and the most efficient methods of temperature conditions management in order to ensure the stabilization of heating iron were detected. The rationality of the calculated generalizing indices of blast-furnace technology blast regime accounting and the necessity of blast-furnace calculated indices error estimation have been proved with the usage of real manufacturing data. The algorithm for determining, with the help of a dynamic blast-furnace process simulator, the best for the specific conditions of process coefficients of feedback were described. The data confirmed the possibility of stabilizing the blast-furnace heating regime at a predetermined level by a joint application of the regulatory impact of changes in the coke mass flow and blast humidity with usage of the feedback coefficients.
