Object of study: the management processes of technical and technological development of machine-building enterprises. Objective: to improve the organizational and economic principles of management of technical and technological development of machine-building enterprises. Methods and apparatus: a comparative analysis; statistical analysis; system-structural analysis; logical analysis; economic and mathematical analysis; method of expert evaluations. Theoretical and practical results: the results are methodological development and practical proposals that contribute to the improvement of technical and technological developments of domestic machine-building enterprises. Novelty: methodical approach to determining the technical and technological levelof machine-building enterprise is developed and proved, which allows identifying and eliminatingof bottlenecks in production activity. Degree of implementation: methodological and practical results are inculcatedinto the activities of machine-building enterprises of Sumy region: LLC "Turbomash", LLC "Sensi", LLC "Belopolsky Machine Building Plant", in the educational process of Sumy State University.
