Rogoza N. Informational provision of effective development of the agricultural sector

The essence of the concept and content of informational provision as providing component of information system are revealed, the basic requirements and stages of construction of information system of the agricultural sector is formulated. Proved that the intellectual foundation of information system are information resources, methodological approaches to their formation and main directions of use are generalized. Level of informatization of the agricultural sector of Kyiv region on the basis of the National System of indicators assessing the level of development of information society in Ukraine and integrated composite index to determine the preconditions for implementation of information system is calculated. Methodical approaches to formalization of level of provision of information needs of business entities and integrated assessment of effectiveness of implementation of information systems in the agricultural sector are suggested. Optimization of volume of informational provision is formalized, namely the probability of loss of investment attached to the implementation of innovative projects in the agricultural sector and suggestions for the formation of innovative component in the information system are provided. Organizational and informational model of sustainable development of the agricultural sector as a set of functional subsystems: organizational, economic, innovation, social, environmental, and information are substantiated.
