The thesis is devoted to the research and generalization of theoretical bases, methodological improvements and the development of practical recommendations on the formation of supply on the market of products of oil crops and their processing in the context of globalization. Considers the scientific basis of formation of the market of agricultural products, the basic functions of the market, can unctuously factors and the role of the state in this process. It analyses the modern state and tendencies of development of world and domestic markets of oilseeds, the export potential of Ukrainian market of oilseeds. The questions of determination of strategic directions of formation and development of the market of production of oilseeds. Considering research-based recommended standards of cultivation of oilseeds, solved the problem, which has enabled protocols to take into account the maximum yield in the regions of Ukraine. Also identified promising indicators for prioritizing the cultivation of oilseeds, depending on various levels and enterprises working capital. Given the potential of oilseeds production in Ukraine for prompt lending and optimal governance.
