The thesis is devoted to the study of clinical and pathogenetic aspects of chronic gastroduodenal and hepatobiliary pathology of children against parasites. Prevalence of clinical manifestations of pain in the chronic gastroduodenal pathology and symptoms of intoxication in chronic hepatobiliary pathology was established on the background of parasites in children. The differences between cellular, humoral immunity and cytokine status in children with concomitant parasites was established . Established that the clinical course and immune parameters dependent on the type and combination of invasion by a parasite and H. pylori infection. Morphological features of gastric mucosa in chronic gastritis in children against invasion monogiardiasis and its combination with Helicobacter pylori was found out. Based on the results of the study prognostic criteria likelihood of parasitic infection in children with chronic gastroduodenal and hepatobiliary pathology was developed and proved.
