Essay

The object is the process of enterprises productivity management. The subject of research - theoretical principles and practical aspects of contemporary approaches to productivity management of consumer’s co-operation enterprises. The aim of the thesis – the deepening of theoretical and methodical approaches to productivity management of consumer’s co-operation enterprises and identifying of its improvement. The practical significance of the results is set out by the author in the dissertation. The theoretical propositions and conclusions can be a scientific basis for improving of the productivity management of enterprises. The academic, theoretical base and practice performance of productivity management is further developed. Theoretical and methodical basis of the study is the classic position of modern economics, business economics, the theory of sustainable development, theory of public administration. Such methods are used: monographic method - to study literature and statistical documents; abstract logical - to synthesis of scientific and methodical approaches to enterprise performance management and formulation of conclusions and practical recommendations, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction - to study the theoretical aspects of performance and systematize the factors influencing the productivity of consumer’s co-operation enterprises. Scientific novelty of the results is that the theoretical and methodical approaches to productivity management of consumer’s co-operation enterprises and priority directions of its improvement are deepened. Сonceptual approach of improving the productivity management of consumer’s co-operation enterprises is developed. The scope of use of recommendations are domestic consumer’s co-operation enterprises.
