Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving actual scientific task to identify clinical, psychopathological and psychological characteristics of psychogenic anxiety-depressive disorders in patients with pancreatitis and development on their basis of effective treatment and reabilitatsiynyhi measures to improve the quality of life of patients. Based on a comprehensive study developed differentiated rehabilitation programs for patients with pancreatitis with psychogenic anxiety-depressive disorders, constructed with the principles of partnership, versatility effort, unity psychosocial and biological methods of influence, as well as the principle of aliasing conducted drug and non-drug therapies. The approach provides a more efficient and prolonged mental state and improve the quality of life of patients, reducing anxiety symptoms and can be used in health institutions of different user profile.
