The subject of research is the process of management innovative development of industrial enterprises on the basis of restructuring. The purpose of research is an improvement of theoretical positions, development of scientific-methodical tool and practical recommendations on a management innovative development of industrial enterprise on the basis of restructuring. Research methods are an analysis, synthesis, generalization, formalizations, supervision, comparison, factor analysis, cross-correlation analysis, cluster analysis, regressive analysis, decision trees, imitation design on the basis of neuron networks of class of MLP. Theoretical and practical results are determination of essence of concept "Management innovative development of enterprise on the basis of restructuring"; teoretiko-methodical positions on a management innovative development of enterprise on the basis of restructuring. A novelty is the methodical providing of estimation of innovative development of industrial enterprise status on the basis of types of innovative development, system of monitoring of innovative activity of industrial enterprise, teoretiko-methodical going near forming of strategic maps of restructuring of control system by innovative development of machine-building enterprise. A degree of introduction is introduction on the enterprises of the Kharkov area (DP KHMZ "FED", LTD. "Velaks", LTD., "Industrial company "UKRKONDICIONER"), in activity of Department of economy and international relations of Kharkov regional state administration and in the educational process of NTU "KHPI". A sphere of the use is activity of machine-building enterprises of Ukraine, executive public and local self-government authorities, in research establishments and educational process.
