Grosheva-Sharapova I. Legal regulation of labour discipline of prosecutorial and investigative staff.

Thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical and legal foundations of legal regulation of labor discipline of prosecutorial and investigative staff. The analysis of the current Ukrainian legislation on the regulation of labor discipline of prosecutors and investigators was made, the possibility of using foreign experience of legal regulation of disciplinary responsibility of prosecutorial and investigative staff was proved. Categorial-conceptual apparatus: "labor discipline of prosecutorial and investigative staff", "disciplinary responsibility of prosecutorial and investigative staff", "disciplinary offense", "behavior that discredits the honour and dignity of the prosecutorial and investigative staff", "violation of the oath by prosecutor or investigator", "methods of ensuring of labour discipline of prosecutorial and investigative staff", "disciplinary proceedings" was described.
