Thesis deals with the complex of theoretical and practical issues of guarantee and deposit insurance of individuals. The State of research issues and problems of guarantee and deposit insurance in Ukraine and foreign countries is analyzed. The essence of concepts "deposit guarantee", "deposit insurance" in the financial and legal aspects are clarified. The formation and development of guarantee and deposits insurance of individuals in comparative legal context are analyzed. The concept, characteristics and models of global insurance and guarantee deposits are investigated. The attention is given to business relations associated with guarantee and deposit insurance of individuals.
