Kasyanenko A. Financial responsibility for violation of budget legislation

The research is devoted to the analysis of financial responsibility for violations of budget legislation, the peculiarities of its application and position among the other types of responsibility for violations of budget legislation. It is studied the approaches to understanding the financial responsibility as a form of legal liability. There are provided general characteristics of violations of budget legislation and their classification. The enforcement actions for violations of budget legislation are defined. It is established that violations of budget legislation are the significant threat to economic security of the country and so that the prevention of them must be considered as one of the most important and actual country policy directions in the field of finance and law.
